We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Training and Certification Team in the role of Global Instructor Readiness Manager. You will be responsible for leading the AWS Authorized Instructor Program (AAI) and executing a world class global instructor readiness program that enables and supports a fast growing community of AWS trainers. To be successful in this position, you must be highly motivated, creative, and able to execute on a global level. Responsibilities · Define the global and regional Instructor related programs to accelerate the recruitment and development of the AAI community · Responsible for TTT events and Instructor Onboarding process · Develop best in class learning experiences
· 8 years relevant work experience in global instructor readiness including authorization and certification of large communities of technical experts in the Information Technology industry · Proven experience logically planning and setting priorities, identifying and resolve problems to produce measurable results · Organizational and project management skills · International experience and experience working on cross-functional teams · AWS Certified Associate level· Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company with cloud based products · Ability to effectively work with a
