Our team provides front-line legal support for Azure Global, the engineering group responsible for Azure's global expansion and for meeting the compliance, data protection, reliability, and product functionality needs of the world's largest customers in every major industry. Azure Global is the primary engineering touch point for critical customer deals that require special engineering engagement. It includes the Customer Advisory Team (CAT) responsible for helping customers execute on their digital transformation through migration planning and Azure onboarding. Azure Global also develops and manages specialized Azure clouds, including Azure Government and Azure in China.
Front-line legal support for the CAT and Customer Experience (CXP) engineering groups, which engage directly with customers to provide migration assistance, managed services, and proofs of concept. Development of the legal model and terms that govern this intersection of professional and online services to help protect both Microsoft and our customers.
