The ACD will be part of the Whole Foods Integration Team’s integrated marketing group that focuses on developing and implementing scalable and repeatable marketing communication strategies. The ACD will lead the WFM + Prime Affinity creative development on Amazon’s owned and operated channels (e.g. gateway, destination pages, etc.) in support of key retail events, evergreen and seasonal messaging and partnerships and influence creative developed with internal partner teams. This person will work closely with the integrated marketing team’s onsite marketing manager and internal and external creative teams to ensure the creative content aligns with the messaging strategy and content calendar and is optimized based on data. The ACD will engage with the central design and onsite teams to ensure insights are applied to the WFM
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in design/retail/advertising/marketing · An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating visual branding, marketing, and great user-centered design solutions · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions to executive management · An expert understanding of the trends in retail and food brands. · Bachelors or Master’s degree in Design, Advertising, or related fields preferred.· A passion for food, and experience designing for food brands · Photography art direction experience ·
