We’re looking for an exceptional Art Director to push the artistic vision and development of an exciting unannounced multi-platform game. You will be building and leading an art team as well as being part of the leadership team charting the overall direction
· A minimum of 10 years’ experience crafting video game art · Exceptional portfolio that exhibits personal and project artistic accomplishments · Deep understanding of 3d art pipelines related to animation, modeling, materials, vfx, and post process · Experience hiring, managing and motivating a team of artists across multiple art disciplines (both internal and external) · Extensive experience developing a unique and cohesive visual style in a team environment· Experience shipping games across all major platforms including PC, console and mobile · Proven ability to visually tackle problems in collaboration
