The Loss Prevention team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support its Amazon retail programs. In this position, you will manage multiple retail programs, inclusive of building security, loss prevention design, site visits, investigations, and crisis management. In this position, you will develop tools and policies to support Loss Prevention initiatives, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Loss Prevention Program Manager for Amazon Physical Retail. You will need to interact extensively with cross-functional groups such Operations, InfoSec, Supply Chain, Inventory Control, and others. Excellent listening, writing, verbal communication skills, and very strong technical competency are essential. You will build and deliver on-time programs that support a brand new retail model where experimentation, imagination, innovation, and results are measured. A successful PM will have strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, a quick decision maker, work with data, and have a passion for getting
· Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited university · 10+ years of Loss Prevention / Program Management · Experience in retail stores environment · Experience with industry leading investigation and loss mitigation systems and methods for assessing system effectivenes· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, negotiate, resolve problems, and develop relationships at all levels of the organization · Ability to work independently with limited direction, communicate effectively with team members · Ability to take calculated risks and challenge current practices to develop
