Qualities we look for in Recruiters: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency, boutique agency, consulting firm, or corporate company - Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets - Recruiters with strategic sourcing experience, who are creative and innovative in how they uncover and engage passive technical talent at all levels - Ability to deliver results in a high volume environment with a high bar for hiring - Outstanding communicators with the ability
