Amazon Retail Lead - Bellevue Square **This is a full time role, averaging 30-40 hrs per week** The Team Join the Amazon retail team that launched Amazon Books and Amazon 4-star. We provide a unique extension of Amazon.com through a curated product selection, our associates’ ability to engage in impromptu conversation, and physical spaces designed for discovery and exploration. The Role We are looking for a Retail Lead who can bring Amazon’s customer obsession to life in a retail environment and make Amazon stores a destination for discovering the best that Amazon.com has to offer, whether that be books, devices, services, or other highly rated products from Amazon.com. You will assist the manager with store operations, maintain a key to the store and have floor leader responsibilities
· High School diploma or equivalent military or professional experience · 3+ years of experience in a retail or customer facing environment, or 1+ year of Amazon experience · 1+ year of retail key-holder or supervisory experience, or 1+ year of Amazon experience · Experience working independently with minimal supervision· 1+ year of merchandising or planogram experience · Experience with detail-oriented work · Strong verbal communications skills · Amazon Retail experience
