Do you see compliance as a business enabler? Alexa is rapidly expanding and we are looking for a highly motivated Compliance Assurance Program Manager to join our team. As part of a nascent team in Alexa, you will help establish standards and processes to drive compliance initiatives by working directly with our service teams, infrastructure teams, Amazon corporate teams, auditors and Government authorizing officials. You will work to ensure that our infrastructure is designed, operated, maintained and protected in accordance to globally regulated industry standards. You must have technical experience with a compliance and audit background in data privacy or security. This includes the ability to understand IT processes, communicate with customers and to drive innovative process changes through multiple organizations and teams
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Informatics, Accounting/Auditing, Political Science, or other related fields. · 8+ years of experience in data privacy or security compliance consulting and advisory work in a highly technical environment. · Experience evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT controls. Experience in working directly with auditors for compliance assessments. · Experience in performing and/or participating in technical assessments in direct support of a major compliance effort (e.g. SOC1, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, or ISO 27001, FedRAMP,
