If this sounds intriguing, then we’d like to talk to you about a role on Selling Partner Recruitment and Development, a growing and entrepreneurial team working to invent new ways to engage with our large supplier base. We are working on new technologies to tackle supplier education, tool engagement, strategic planning and supply chain optimization in order to help grow the businesses of our suppliers and improve the customer experience. This role is to part of the team working to manage the majority of our existing selling partner relationships across all product categories. With several hundred thousand active suppliers providing hundreds of millions of unique products, Amazon presents real world opportunities to solve problems at a scale found nowhere else. How do you manage a supplier base of several hundred thousand partners and enable them to grow their business on Amazon

· Minimum of 4-6 years professional selling experience · Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions · Relationship sales and negotiation skills · Problem-solving passion and service orientation · Project management skills · Marketing / Campaign design experience · Attention to detail; you prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep · Bachelor's Degree· Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel. · Success managing large
