The Account Manager will work with a large portfolio of small-to-mid-tier merchant accounts as the primary point of contact and tactical business manager. You will be responsible for growing processing volume across your portfolio by developing and deploying scalable programs that help merchants leverage Amazon Pay to engage their customers. You will make sure merchants understand the full value of Amazon Pay by educating them on both existing and new product features and functionalities. You will manage risk within the portfolio by monitoring attrition and rescuing at-risk accounts. You will ensure merchant satisfaction to maintain and drive merchant advocacy for Amazon Pay within the marketplace. Roles and Responsibilities · Understand merchants’ basic business profiles and operating processes, including use of Amazon Pay as well as other alternative payment methods · Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams to develop material and assets that can impact merchants at scale

· 3+ years of professional working experience · 1+ years of account management experience with relationship management and negotiation skill · 6+ months of sales experience · 1+ years of experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions · Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders; written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills · Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills · Can manage multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables against deadlines ·
