Solution Provider Network (SPN) teams mission is to enable Sellers to discover 3P and 1P offered services to launch, manage and expand their business globally, build tools that enables end-to-end service transaction and gain Seller trust by optimizing for transparency in pricing, quality of service and governance. To support its growth, SPN team is looking for an Associate Account Executive to join the provider onboarding team. Main Responsibilities: · Manage external provider sourcing, vetting and onboarding on SPN. · Account manage provider to ensure they are responding to Seller request on time. · Monitor provider performance and take appropriate actions as necessary. · Respond to new and existing provider queries in the SPN onboarding and new inquiry inbox. · Manage all communication to providers for new feature, policy change, performance etc.
· Fluent level of English (written and verbal) · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skill · Is data oriented with an ability to identify trends and improvement suggestions and communicate them through the appropriate channel; · Confident in using Microsoft Excel· Advanced Excel skills · Basic SQL knowledge · Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality and productivity
