products on a worldwide basis and is poised for significant growth in FY15. Furthermore

technology and illuminate our innovation story, by transforming the buying and service experience for our customers. To fuel this continued growth, we are expanding our team to inject product merchandising and management talent to support our US online sales channel.
Your role, as the US Online Sales Channel Product Manager
, is to direct the online customer experience, plan and drive online merchandising initiatives, collaborate with online merchandisers to create relevant offers and improve customer experience, collaborate with other product mangers to cross promote product lines. Within
the role you are responsible for driving the business against targets, creating strong partnerships with product group stakeholders, publishing and reporting business results and critical feedback to inform Microsoft Store
strategy and tactics.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
profitability in the US Online Store
and monitor the US Online Store
P&L for the PC category, to ensure we are driving to profitability, and to make sure we are tracking positively towards our quarterly/yearly targets
& analyze online store campaigns/promotions, at the macro level, to determine whether or not there is the appropriate gearing ratio to drive profitability, as well as identify any new opportunities or risks/variances
a process to adjust and course correct, when needed, to gain more revenue/units/margin attainment from the current US Online Store
the US Online Store
yearly forecast for PCs-
from both a site metric and financial standpoint, tracking traffic, click thru, conversion, etc., as well as units, revenue, margin, AOV
with finance and the buying teams to identify new promotions or modify existing promotions to drive more elasticity within the online channel.

a solid cadence of financial reviews, business reviews and internal team reviews to ensure alignment within the US Online
thought leadership and strategic thinking around online merchandising to team members to push a higher degree of performance.

- 10+ years of overall job experience in high tech or retail
- 8+ years of experience in site merchandising, buying, or category management for a consumer electronics company or major retailer
marketing strongly preferred
education strongly preferred, advanced degree in business a plus
