The Xbox System Devices Engineering Team owns the design, development, testing and manufacture of Xbox Devices. We currently have an opening on the System Engineering Team for a system engineer to support Xbox hardware products. This position takes your world-class engineering and validation skills to drive system-level issues across internal and external teams, to flawlessly execute under pressure, and then do it even better the next time.

Candidates should meet the following criteria:
Passion for delivering the best customer gaming experience.
Cross team collaboration and leadership to drive system-level issues.
Experience in
Customer acceptance and product validation for consumer products.
Requirements management across multiple products in a product line.
Triage and evaluation of complex subsystems leading to clear action plans and customer impact across hardware, software drivers, applications and protocols.
Strength in statistics and six-sigma methodology.
RF physical, link and protocol layer engineering and test.
High volume manufacturing test and test automation.
Skills in hardware and software engineering such as USB, SATA and PCIe both at the protocol and signal level verification, voltage regulation, embedded software or digital signal processing.
Experience in testing consumer electronics at the platform, product line, product, sub-assembly and component levels.
Project management skills. Will take ownership of assigned platforms and/or subsystems, and be responsible for requirements management, test deliverables, test schedules and management reviews.
Experience working with internal and external teams, developers, test teams, lab technicians, local and overseas test houses.
