Solutions Program Manager- Xbox Global Publishing

The ID@Xbox team is looking for a Solutions Program Manager to drive the ID@Xbox developer engagement pipeline. As the solutions program manager you will own the breadth communications and infrastructure that leads developers thru their journey of publishing games with ID@Xbox. A developer's journey thru publishing with ID@Xbox requires a set of integrated backend systems to help track developer applications, game submissions, developer Set-up, title status and ultimately release. You will oversee our back end systems including our Dynamics CRM, our Website, and our developer SharePoint. You will ensure that all systems are working on a daily basis. You will drive process and workflow improvements and work with our technology and partner teams to ensure that our solutions are best in class and constantly evolving to meet our business needs. As the owner for our core data system you will also own key KPI reporting and program health monitoring. Another important part of our developer journey is the messaging that partners receive as they move throughout our process. You will be responsible for driving all breadth program communications across our Xbox and Windows 10 audiences including the creation and publication of our monthly developer newsletters.

Your expertise and responsibilities will include:
Drive the overall spec for our CRM system including coordinating work items with our engineering team as well as independently making smaller daily needed changes directly in the database backend.
Develop team trackers and views to help the team be more effective when interacting with our partner databases
Create processes and communication that helps developers through the publishing process on Windows 10 and Xbox One
Partner with internal and external engineering teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet our business needs on time
Dive into our developers experiences and leverage insights from partners and team members to drive process innovation
Drive the rollout of an updated program website and partner SharePoint site
Monitor the health of our systems/program on a daily basis and report monthly on key program KPIs
Champion the adoption of our tools and processes with extended and new team members
Drive customer feedback for the program
Represent Microsoft at trade and consumer events

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience driving processes or data tracking in CRM, TFS, or other similar record management systems / databases
Self-starter
Love of working with data
Ability to write clear program specifications for engineering teams
Eye for detail and appreciation of process
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to drive results across functional areas, including program management, legal, engineering, marketing, business development
Ability to deconstruct teams asks down to the core requirements
Demonstrated success with working on complex projects and partnerships with internal and external partners
Effective leadership and project management skills working on multiple projects and initiatives against tight timelines
Strong team player with solid cross group collaboration skills in relationship building
Demonstrated issue resolution ability
BA/BS required
