The Enterprise Mobility & Devices Specialist Sales team is part of the WW EPG organization and has the charter to lead the transition to Devices and Mobility sales in "Mobile first - Cloud first world". This role focuses on building the sales strategy and execution plan for selling Enterprise Mobility Solutions. This role focuses on defining how we drive value for our enterprise customers by deploying and implementing Enterprise Mobility Suite. The EMS Customer Experience Lead will be responsible for developing processes that ensure that our customers reap maximum value from EMS in minimum time. He or she will achieve this by up-levelling the way in which Microsoft and its partners work with customers to implement and adopt Enterprise Mobility Services. This role reports into Microsoft's Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG) HQ in Redmond and has worldwide responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities
o EMS - CXP Lead is accountable for developing and landing strategies, processes, programs, offers, and enablers that help EPG customers speed adoption and time to value for EMS. He or she will accomplish this by;
o Using qualitative and quantitative techniques to assess the effectiveness of our current deployment planning and execution processes
o Partnering with Customers, Engineering teams, Microsoft Services, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner stakeholders to envisage and design programs, processes and offers (e.g., EMS Deployment Offer) that will help our customers speed EMS deployment and cut time to value.
o Leading the development of business requirement and functional specifications for IT capabilities that are required to land the designed outcomes.
o Designing and managing pilots to test processes and programs for speeding customer deployment and value.
o Developing and drive a broad change management strategy (including communication, training, and compensation) that will help Microsoft's Enterprise sellers, services professionals and partners land these changes effectively and efficiently.
o Partnering with Microsoft's Services and Partner organization to define and land a broader strategy for how Microsoft engages, motivates, and enables service providers.

Qualifications
o A strong candidate will possess as many of the following skills and experiences as possible;
o Strong understanding of how Enterprise customers are currently deploying Mobility Management solutions and public cloud services to cut costs and improve operational flexibility.
o Domain knowledge of Device Management (MDM), Identity Management, Access Control and Content Security
o 7+ years of IT services, systems integration, and/or related program management experience in the IT services industry.
o Strong understanding of Enterprise software sales. Previous experience selling cloud technologies / online services highly valued.
o Proven success designing and landing successful change management programs within large and complex organizations.
o Exceptional problem solving, cross team collaboration and quantitative skills.
o Strong program management and communication skills
o Proven self-starter able to deal with ambiguity
o BA or BS degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
o Candidate must live or be willingness to relocate to Seattle area and travel 5-6 weeks/ year to conduct Microsoft field, partner and customer visits.
