As a Voice Solution Sales Specialist
) you will evangelize the business value of the Microsoft Unified Communications
products, partners and services and help drive business requirements, for Lync Server
and Microsoft Office
365 Lync Online
. You will provide deep sales and opportunity management that will enable customers and partners to develop and deploy UC Voice
solutions based on the Lync
platform. You will help drive sales with deep sales experience, ROI
analysis business expertise, effective sales and presentation skills, and superior customer focus.
As a Voice Solution Specialist
), your primary responsibility will be to assist the Microsoft
sales teams in winning competitive opportunities at the company's most strategic accounts. In so doing, you will work directly with our largest enterprise customers' business and technical decision makers to convince them of the superior technical capabilities and business value of the Microsoft
UC&C platform as well as our long-term vision and strategy. You will build strong customer relationships and secure the adoption of Microsoft
technology. As a Voice/Telephony
subject matter expert, you will play an important role in educating and positively impacting our worldwide field specialist community for Unified Communications
key responsibility is to provide regular, actionable product feedback and input to the product group so that they may improve our products and strategies in future releases.
Successful Voice SSP's
have great leadership skills, strong passion for driving business, great communication and consultative selling skills, exhibit outstanding collaboration skills, are sincerely customer focused, and deal well with ambiguity. They possess excellent presentation skills as well as in-depth technical and business value knowledge of Microsoft
and competitive technologies. Candidates
should possess an excellent understanding of the unified communications and collaboration marketplace along with the offerings of the key competitors. Candidates
with demonstrated expertise in major Voice
