The Sales Solution Professional (SSP) will be a senior sales executive who possesses excellent organizational, communication and selling skills. The successful candidate will have 7-10+ years of solution selling experience, and preferably at least 5 years in a direct sales role within the CRM industry. The successful candidate will have an understanding of CRM systems, as well as the CRM value proposition (ROI).
The SSP will be responsible for managing, leading and closing the top Microsoft opportunities within the Southwest marketplace for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. These opportunities will be defined as the largest and most complex CRM opportunities. The SSP will also engage with complementary Microsoft Account teams to identify and drive CRM opportunities within our largest Microsoft customers.
A successful Microsoft Solution Sales Professional (SSP) will contribute to the sales team by focusing on complex deals, including building relationships with Industry leaders within the Microsoft ecosystem. The SSP will be involved in specific and strategic sales opportunities, and in developing and delivering demand generation programs designed to uncover net new Dynamics sales opportunities within specific industries. To be successful in role, the candidate will need to deliver total solutions to prospects, customers and partners will be dependent upon teaming with Microsoft Partner Account Managers within field sales, partners, as well as other Microsoft sales and technical sales resources.
Additional Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to achieving overall revenue targets and solution positioning. The successful candidate must also engage with partners in the strategy, solution, proof and closing stages of a given sales cycle. Candidates with the ability to succeed in this role will display the following attributes: Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, problem solving and organizational skills; understanding of Microsoft's strategic direction; ability to develop successful compete strategies, deliver effective presentations; ability to engage with a wide range of audiences from end user to senior management, and a thorough understanding of a CRM sales cycle.
Key Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree required - MBA preferred
o 7-10 years of CRM business applications sales & deployment experience
o 5 Years of business application enterprise selling experience
o Proven skills in analysis, storytelling, presentation, demonstration, requirements mapping and collaboration
Ability to respond in depth to RFP/RFI
Understanding of Strategic Complementary ISV solutions and guidance when required
o Very strong customer relationship and presentation skills
o Strong analytical skills to support business decisions and priorities
o Proven results driven individual with good business acumen
