Dynamics CRM Solution Sales Professional

This position can be located in the following cities: Chicago, IL
The Dynamics team is actively recruiting for this CRM field sales role. As the Dynamics CRM SSP you will lead CRM sales efforts along with the upper mid-market accounts CAM (Corporate Account Managed) Sales team including: qualifying, developing and managing Business Applications related sales opportunities with an emphasis on the Dynamics CRM solution set. You will play an integral part in maximizing our long term revenue growth, ensuring successful deployment of our products and improving customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will be involved in all phases of the sales cycle from Market Development through Closure for the largest and most strategic Dynamics opportunities in your territory. The SSP is a critical part of the account team and works closely with the overall Account Executive, other specialists and the Dynamics partner channel.
You will work closely with the Dynamics ERP Solutions Executives that share the territory with you to ensure close alignment of strategy and execution models to provide a consistent and predictable Dynamics business for the Midwest District.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to work with executive level management at upper mid-market accounts CAM (Corporate Account Managed) customers to map IT to business initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to articulate the business value of our Dynamics application solutions and products and position them in competitive scenarios. Applicants should have a strong technical background with 8+ year's industry experience with an established CRM vendor. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantages of Microsoft technology to senior business and technical decision makers as well as front-line technologists. Candidate must be able to guide and manage virtual teams. Candidate must be proficient in creating Solution Strategy mapped to the business plan for the accounts assigned.
A BA/BS is required, MBA degree is desired 30%+ travel is required. Working knowledge and or hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or a similar solution is a benefit.
