Our team needs a proficient Senior Software Engineer to own the planning, architecture and development of platform technologies that will directly impact other software engineers dedicated to ensure the quality, reliability and fun of the experiences we ship.

Candidate Responsibilities
Drive the planning, estimation, implementation, execution and measurement of technologies.
Collaborate well in a team environment and develop good relationships with partners.
Provide mentorships to others on the team in areas of expertise.

Accurate estimation of engineering activities with accountability to schedule/quality

Candidate Requirements
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of C#/C++ development experience.
Prior experience building engineering platforms Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of new projects
Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

Bonus Skills

Experience and/or understanding of holographic displays and wearables.

Provide general support to project team in a manner complimentary to the company.
Passion for entertainment and the gaming space
Experience with relational databases such as SQL server

A solid understanding of the CLR, garbage collection, metadata and other .NET concepts

Experience with ETW and associated tooling (xperf, WPR, WPA, PerfView)

Experience the Sysinternals suite of products (procexp, procmon, procdump)

Familiarity with WinDbg and other diagnostic debuggers

Familiarity with common .NET tools (dotPeek, ildasm, etc.)

Experience with Azure or similar Cloud Services

Experience with Cosmos and other big data platforms
