The PSSC Project Manager
) is responsible for the execution of complex application development projects within a formal Statement

The role requires both deep project management experience in a consulting organization, and broad technology knowledge with the ability to facilitate the architecting of solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end technology solutions. The capability to be effective requires a senior executive who has held strategic leadership roles within Microsoft
and/or executive leadership positions within global services or Fortune
1000 corporations. The ability to easily and effectively connect and relate to senior customer executives is an imperative. The role requires a technically strong project manager who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management.
degree (Computer Science
o 10+ years related business and IT project management experience required; at least 5 years working within the Public Sector
and Local Government
and/or Federal Government
experience managing application development projects through all phases of a solution's or application's lifecycle in a consulting organization, with demonstrated expertise and proven abilities in risk management and mitigation, and business value or strategy consulting.
