As we lead change by defining the vision for successful change management, business strategy, and sales optimization, The Channel Strategy and Sales team is at the forefront of this change, leading and transforming all elements of the sales model to accelerate world-class selling of devices and services.

We are looking for an experienced, insightful and strategic manager to join us as we deliver breakthrough thinking to modernize our sales model for a Mobile First, Cloud First world. This position has direct engagement with the IoT Device Experience Leadership Team to execute critical programs, analysis and communications to our field and partner ecosystem.

A key aspect of driving productivity is to evolve more intelligent sales resourcing models, field and partner sales programs that continue to evolve our business transformation, and clear and concise communications programs targeted to all stakeholder levels. Key responsibilities for this position will be;

1. Change & business transformation management programs and communications
2. Program Management for Strategic projects/initiatives
3. Channel sales financial insights and ecosystem growth analysis
4. Process Development, change, and documentation for Channel Sales
5. Collaboratively recommend sales model evolution to more productively engage with partner ecosystem
6. Sales model evolution, engagement across IoTDX, EPG, SMSP
7. Field Community programs and Communications
8. Business Scorecards, KPI's, Metrics and TLI's, field playbooks

This job will report into the IoT DX Channel Strategy & Sales Team Lead working closely with OEM Sales Excellence teams and other key stakeholders across Microsoft.

Qualifications:
o 7 years + relevant experience
o Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
o Understanding of technology industry sales practices. Preference for Cloud and/or devices sales practices knowledge
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Open, confident communicator effective in senior levels of engagement
o Experience leading major change initiatives in complex organizational structures
o A strong influencer across teams and organizations
o Driven success in a fast paced environment
o High personal accountability for self and others
o Comfortable being simultaneously self-driven and collaborative, and able to drive for change
