The US OEM marketing team is looking for a seasoned marketer with strong marketing & business development skills who can own and drive the $300M Windows client business through the OEM, distribution and reseller channels. The Windows marketing manager will also play a vital role in the Windows 10 launch, developing the US OEM readiness and marketing strategy and driving through to execution.

The role's primary purpose is to:
1. Ready the sales team, OEMs and channel partners for new products and changes to current products.
2. Develop and lead execution of the overall Windows marketing strategy, enabling US OEM to land the Windows revenue and Pro mix goals.
3. Own and manage the Windows marketing budget so that it is appropriately invested in a way that lands within budget and delivers strong ROI.
4. Enhance overall group collaborations between the US OEM, M&O, and WWOEM teams and partner to drive OEM device sales and marketing throughout US subsidiary motions.

Responsibilities:
o Plan and execute overall Windows product marketing strategy including integration into all appropriate sales and marketing engines.
o Lead Windows 10 launch marketing including planning, execution, communication, and reporting.
o Support executive leadership with strong analytic skills and keen insight on business' health and growth opportunities.
Tight management of marketing budget:
o Manage the allocation of marketing dollars, ensuring sales and marketing goals are achieved
o Tracking and analysis on all marketing campaigns & promotions

Desired Qualifications:
o MBA in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
o 10+ years of related sales/business experience in sales/marketing background.
o Ability to develop quantitative business metrics tools both as a reviewer and an IC developer.
o Strong analytical/quantitative analysis experience and advantage
o Experience in frequent engagement with executives
