The Worldwide Retail Channel Marketing Organization
is searching for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager
to work on the Microsoft Band/Health
and Hardware Retail Channel Business
. This position is responsible for supporting the Lead Channel Marketing Manager
, the Band/Health
business groups and the category teams to orchestrate the development of all retail programs across the retail discipline teams (Training
, Visual Merchandising
) and for guiding the local subsidiary teams on local retail execution. This is a critical role that manages the channel marketing business and orchestrates all Band
retail activity across a large matrixed team.
You'll need to have very strong collaboration skills, a talent for influence and impact through others, you'll have well-honed executive presence skills and the ability to bring others along to your point of view. You'll be excited by the task of driving a global business and not daunted by the fast pace and continual evolution. You'll drive data driven decisions based on strong analytical programs that you will develop and own for pushing the Band
business forward. You'll be a relationship builder with a strong eye for scrutinizing retail marketing plans and attention to detail that enables stellar project management.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-yr college degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years experience in consumer electronics marketing, business development or a related field. Prior
experience in the retail industry is a definite bonus, being a self-starter, and a passion for technology is a must.
