Microsoft's Corporate Worldwide Retail Marketing Organization is a critical division of the Consumer Channels Business and is responsible for delivering world leading retail experiences that span, Windows, Office, Xbox, Surface, Microsoft Band and an extensive hardware line up. The Worldwide Retail Channel Marketing Organization is searching for a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to work on the Microsoft Band/Health and Hardware Retail Channel Business. This position is responsible for supporting the Lead Channel Marketing Manager, the Band/Health and Hardware business groups and the category teams to orchestrate the development of all retail programs across the retail discipline teams (Training, Visual Merchandising & Digital) and for guiding the local subsidiary teams on local retail execution. This is a critical role that manages the channel marketing business and orchestrates all Band\Health and Hardware retail activity across a large matrixed team.

You'll need to have very strong collaboration skills, a talent for influence and impact through others, you'll have well-honed executive presence skills and the ability to bring others along to your point of view. You'll be excited by the task of driving a global business and not daunted by the fast pace and continual evolution. You'll drive data driven decisions based on strong analytical programs that you will develop and own for pushing the Band\Health and Hardware business forward. You'll be a relationship builder with a strong eye for scrutinizing retail marketing plans and attention to detail that enables stellar project management.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Close partnership with the Lead Channel Marketing Manager to ensure all retail disciplines build retail programs in line with direction you set, and on time according to the milestones you set.
2. Communication and guidance to the WW Subsidiary Retail Marketing Teams, with detailed guidance, consultation and 2 way dialogue to build the strongest retail plans
3. Oversight and development of retail measurement and monitoring plans including ownership of key KPI development for the Retail Business
4. Oversight and management of the cross work stream and field Band\Health and Hardware Retail Budget
5. Executive representation for the Band\Health and Hardware Retail Marketing Business
The ideal candidate will have a 4-yr college degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years experience in consumer electronics marketing, business development or a related field. Prior experience in the retail industry is a definite bonus, being a self-starter, and a passion for technology is a must.
6. Deliver end-to-end communication for all in-store retail programs including project plan, ongoing project status, post-mortem review and data analysis/reporting ensuring Field Marketing is exceeding sales and attach goals.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years' experience in consumer electronics marketing or business development
- Budget management experience
