Windows is on the threshold of its next step forward with Windows 10. A big part of this next step is innovation in helping Windows customers discover and experience apps, games and content created by developers and publishers through the Windows Store. We've started that journey, are growing, and looking for passionate professionals who want to create, market and run this new experience with us.

We are looking to hire a talented and creative program manager to help define, create and manage world-class consumer services. As the Senior Program Manager, you will own business and product requirements and manage business operations creating customer delight thru back-end services and front-end experiences. Our consumer services are rooted in ensuring a quality catalog, driving high quality search and browse experiences and providing enhanced app discovery experiences.

As a qualified candidate you will need to demonstrate:
1) A keen appreciation and passion for the power and possibilities of mobile applications
2) A strong desire to create consumer delight by building and managing consumer services
3) The quantitative analysis skills and qualitative judgment to make the right decisions
4) Exceptional management skills allowing you to track, measure and improve both your work, and that of others on your team
5) Outstanding interpersonal skills and work habits allowing you to deliver results
6) An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure
7) Proven ability to collect and synthesize inputs from multiple sources, both inside and outside the team
8) Professional experience defining and executing consumer marketing with a combination of mobile, online and digital products
9) Great proficiency with data analysis and collaboration tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and web-based tool sets

Professional Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree, an MBA from a top tier school, and 5 plus years of experience in online/mobile retail operations or consumer marketing with leading global firms leveraging data-driven marketing. Demonstrated technical proficiency through a technical undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is a major plus. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
