The Windows Server HA & Storage team, within the C+E division, has a great opportunity for a Storage PM to deliver the next generation of scale out and distributed storage solutions and services. Storage solutions span Scale out File Server (including high speed storage networking), Distributed Storage Spaces on DAS, Storage Replica, Storage QoS, Storage Fabric Management, Hybrid storage and more. You will be working with core engineering teams on one or more storage solutions that bring Azure cloud scale and cost economic design points to enterprises and service provider segments.

Responsibilities:
You will engage actively with customers, external and internal partner teams during various stages of the product lifecycle - product inception to post RTM. You will drive product strategy, GTM, roadmap and product positioning, gather and prioritize customer requirements, undertake competitive analysis, write and review functional specifications. You will work with various functional teams - software engineering, release management, UX, IX, marketing, external/internal partners to ensure E2E solution delivery. And landing the solution offer in the channel.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (MS preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of proven track record as a program and/or product manager
- Demonstrated Industry and technical knowledge of storage, file (SMB/NFS), object, block (FC, iSCSI), namespaces domain
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience driving a product or major feature from ideation, through shipping and beyond
- Distributed and scale out systems background preferred
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven project management, customer and partner engagement skills
