The Cloud and Enterprise Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management Team (yes, it's a mouthful of a name) is looking for someone to help us continue to build and grow our capabilities in our end-to-end marketing and sales infrastructure (aka Demand Center infrastructure). You will drive end solution delivery including business, processes, and systems requirements to onboard new products to the C&E demand center marketing platform.

You will be responsible for:
Onboarding additional Cloud & Enterprise products into the marketing and sales infrastructure.
Integrating Demand Center infrastructure into other parts of Microsoft infrastructure (i.e. Business intelligence systems, data sharing systems, Microsoft IT etc.)
Leading teams of systems integrators through from initial conceptualization of new capabilities, into delivery of those capabilities, and further enhancements to those capabilities.
Helping drive re-architecture and reimplementation of infrastructure that is purpose built for one product (Microsoft Azure) to be able to handle multiple Cloud and Enterprise products
Marketing technology infrastructure ownership, including collaboration with, sales, marketing, and other functions as needed
Influence data governance patterns and practice to ensure a healthy normalized database
Setting short, medium, and long term vision of our Demand Center Infrastructure, and ensuring that the features / functions that are being rolled out, and being accountable to hitting the milestones
Prioritizing and helping constitutes of the tools when something goes wrong, including risk planning & mitigation
Ownership of functional specs, testing plans, and other associated documentation
Staying up to date on the latest and greatest features of Dynamics CRM Online and Marketo to ensure we're taking advantage of the newest features relevant to our business processes and requirements
You will work with:
The latest and greatest cloud born sales technologies including Marketo and Dynamics CRM Online
The Cloud and Enterprise marketing and tele sales teams
Systems integrators for our CRM system, as well as Marketing Automation Platform
Variety of teams across Microsoft Information Technology group
Experience implementing cloud based, SaaS solutions. Experience in large enterprise companies, and / or building within a startup from the ground up a plus.
6+ years experience in a fast paced, and innovative solutions delivery / system integration role working with modern cloud based technologies
Self-starter, ambitions, eager to dive in and learn and get work done!
Ability to focus and ruthlessly prioritize many competing priorities
Anticipate risks in timelines and develop mitigation plans
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, as well as work collaboratively
Strong verbal and written communications
Ability to understand business context (B2B Marketing & Sales), plus the technical chops to work with development teams
Big desire to improve process and make things more efficient
Organized with strong project management skills
Strong understanding of how complex systems work together
Six sigma certified
Background in consulting
Degree in engineering / computer science or equivalent
Spent time in Sales and / or Marketing
