We're looking for a high impact, high energy strategic business leader to drive the future of Office 365 business with strategic alliances. This a highly visible cross-segment role that requires working closely with small business and enterprise segment leadership, marketing SLT and strategic partners to understand and analyze the state of our got-to-market (GTM) plans, champion solutions and investments that align with our goals of exceeding customer expectations with joint Microsoft and partner GTMs.

Specific responsibilities include:
o Lead joint GTM plans to drive customer success and Microsoft goals for select strategic partnerships
o Closely work with the TPM counterpart to understand the specifics of joint offerings in enough detail to ensure accurate messaging for MS and partner's customer and field content
o Partner with segment teams to ensure alignment on field and broader partner execution plans
o Build a framework to recommend and engage additional select partners for similar partnerships
o Work with WPG/segments for any related program impact, sales execution strategy and business teams peers for to-partner messaging and execution

Successful Candidate Competencies:
o Messaging: Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition that sticks and appropriately positions the joint offering while preserving the broader customer, partner and Microsoft offerings
o Data Driven: strong data analysis skills. In the world of cloud, all of our decisions are informed by hard data
o Agile Collaboration: exceptional collaborator on complex multi-faceted product management and marketing across multiple groups, with balance of meeting deadlines with the right stakeholders involved, informed and aligned with the broader goals
o Influencing Others: the ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear "ownership" of an issue.
o Story Telling: demonstrated ability to create narratives that are targeted to partners and customers on an emotional level, delivering clear outcomes and a call to action.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business or marketing roles. Cloud experience is a plus. Partner experience not required. Applicants need to have a flexible can-do attitude, be comfortable with ambiguity, and initiative to drive proactive change. MBA Preferred.
