looking for a high impact, high energy strategic business leader to drive the future of Office
365 business with strategic alliances. This a highly visible cross-segment role that requires working closely with small business and enterprise segment leadership, marketing SLT
and strategic partners to understand and analyze the state of our got-to-market (GTM
) plans, champion solutions and investments that align with our goals of exceeding customer expectations with joint Microsoft
and partner GTMs
plans to drive customer success and Microsoft
goals for select strategic partnerships
work with the TPM
counterpart to understand the specifics of joint offerings in enough detail to ensure accurate messaging for MS and partner's customer and field content
with segment teams to ensure alignment on field and broader partner execution plans
a framework to recommend and engage additional select partners for similar partnerships
for any related program impact, sales execution strategy and business teams peers for to-partner messaging and execution
Successful Candidate Competencies
to clearly articulate the value proposition that sticks and appropriately positions the joint offering while preserving the broader customer, partner and Microsoft

: strong data analysis skills. In the world of cloud, all of our decisions are informed by hard data
o Agile Collaboration
: exceptional collaborator on complex multi-faceted product management and marketing across multiple groups, with balance of meeting deadlines with the right stakeholders involved, informed and aligned with the broader goals
o Influencing Others
: the ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear "ownership" of an issue.
o Story Telling
: demonstrated ability to create narratives that are targeted to partners and customers on an emotional level, delivering clear outcomes and a call to action.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business or marketing roles. Cloud
experience is a plus. Partner
experience not required. Applicants
