team taking on the role of Evangelism Manager
, owning the development and delivery of RSP
evangelism programs designed to win the hearts and minds of RSPs
, that result in Microsoft
device and service recommendation and attach in worldwide retail.
This position will be responsible for the following core activities:
, deliver and implement WW campaigns for retail professionals aligned to the three moments of truth: Back
. These campaigns will be instrumental in building RSP
love for Microsoft
products, and helping them understand how to best help customers understand why it's a great option for them. All programs will include strategy, storytelling, tactical planning across online, in-person, mobile, social engagement, contests, goals, learning objectives, key milestones, measurement strategy, and more. Delivery
of supporting assets including curriculum and content will also be a core component.
1. Be the primary point of contact for BG, field, category teams and other stakeholders, setting and communicating worldwide guidance for program execution across all A-13 regions.
2. Manage RSP
experiences and community building across all levers - ExpertZone
, retailer LMS
, in-person 1:1 and 1:many, mobile, social, community and more - ensuring execution excellence while leveraging a breadth of RSP
data and audience insights as the driving force in how we continue to improve our RSP
, analyze, and report on evangelism program effectiveness based on clearly documented metrics.
All parts of the job will require extensive collaboration with BG, category team, Microsoft
retail stores, SMSG-R
and field labor teams, and WW subsidiaries.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in program / project / vendor management with strong experience in consumer and/or retail marketing. Experience
in instructional design, social campaigns management, defining curriculums, and the development of learning materials and content for the retail channel is also very important.
