The Partner/Channel Manager
- US Training Execution
for Best Buy Store
performance improvement solutions for RSPs
in Best Buy
to successfully sell Windows
8 devices vs. alternatives. Work
with the US and WW Windows
category and training teams to drive end to end programs that build RSP
selling capabilities, achieve metrics, and drive Windows
8 device sales. All programs will include the development of strategy, goals, objectives, learning framework, RSP
outcomes, milestones, measurement strategy including customization of all WWRS RSP
training and advocacy assets and programs based on Best Buy
point of contact for all Best Buy Windows
and Office RSP/
post purchase training program execution. This will include driving the partnership with US Field Labor/ ExpertZone
to deliver guidance as needed.
o Manage RSP
learning experiences across all levers - ExpertZone
, Learning Lounge
, in person 1:1, in person 1: many and social media - leveraging a breadth of RSP
data and audience insights as the driving force in how we continue to improve their learning experiences.
, analyze, and report on Windows/Office
training program effectiveness based on clearly documented metrics (deliverables could include periodic status updates, post-launch reporting, performance against KPIs
, asset trackers, and more).

The ideal candidate will have:
o A high degree of creating innovative training solutions including utilizing social media
ability to direct flawless execution at retail
knowledge in all areas of Retail
training, from ideation to creation
project management skills and attention to detail
to communicate effectively and concisely in both verbal and written form
success in managing large budgets funding multiple projects
in managing vendor relationships and having a training/advocacy point of view
to build strong relationships, collaborate, and influence others to achieve required objectives
and ability to work independently to manage long-term projects with little direction
degree in business, marketing, training or related field
o 7+ years of relevant experience in executing retail training solutions
o Prior Big Box Retail
o 7+ years of experience in executing training programs
in designing and executing social media campaigns
