We are a fast-paced, results-oriented group that interacts heavily with the Worldwide Partner Group, OEM, Microsoft IT, Regional Operations Centers, Finance, Product Groups, Microsoft's partners, and many others. As a leader within the Capabilities Team, you will be accountable for managing a team of highly skilled capability managers focused on planning & designing, building, deploying and optimizing the business processeses and automation and controls needed to support our Partner Incentives, Devices and Data Services capabilities for Microsoft and its partners.

Your key accountabilities will be to manage a team of Incentive Capability Managers to deliver and/or contribute to
o Capability maturity roadmaps and scope definition for development and enhancements
o Business and operational process development
o Capability performance analysis
o User acceptance testing and end-to-end worldwide process simulation
o Design and implementation of capability-specific metrics, measurements, and SLAs
o Influence design of incentive program programs and patterns
o Subject matter expertise for end to end incentive capabilities and, where applicable, specific incentive programs
o Platform performance instrumentation and KPI monitoring

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
o Deep experience building large-scale, enterprise-ready processes and systems (preferably in support of incentives, sales and/or marketing activities)
o Exceptional management, coaching, and overall leadership skills
o Exceptional communication skills, with strong executive presence, and an ability to customize messages to different layers within a large organization
o Ability to drive collaborative and highly productive relationships with various Business, Operations, and IT groups
o Deep strategic insight, with an ability to connect disparate pieces of information in order to understand how people, process, system, and data elements fit (and can subsequently be build or improved) in support of Microsoft's overall partner incentives strategy
o Deep experience in operational program and project management
o Experience with incentive concepts, methodologies, and business processes strong written/oral communication skills required along with desire and ability to communicate with business leaders through all levels of the organization.
o Demonstrated ability to motivate self and others, has the ability to mentor and coach others
o Conflict/Negotiation management; ability to impact and influence at a Sr. Director and GM
o High energy individual with a "can do" attitude
o Strong end to end thinking with process orientation; ability to develop enterprise-wide solutions
o Good analytical and organization skills

Additional general qualifications:o
? Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred
? 8+ years managing program and project managers in an operational and/or IT-related capacity
? 8+ years of relevant experience within Operations, IT, or other applicable roles
? Prior people management experience, preferrably at Microsoft
? Strong cross group collaborator with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organization.
? Demonstrated knowledge of IT development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
? Demonstrated knowledge of system test and quality assurance methodologies
Expert in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
