If so, the Office Release Management team has a fantastic opportunity. We are looking for a customer focused, highly organized and detail-oriented, results-driven business professional with strong communication and relationship building skills. This position is part of a team that focuses on driving and coordinating key releases and marketing moments across the Office Product Marketing Group (PMG), and acts as the business representative to our partners on a day-to-day basis (e.g., operations, WWLP, LCA, CMG, etc.). Each team member within Release Management is expected to be a leader in helping broad cross-functional teams achieve success and execution excellence. In addition, this team is shaping and driving the transformation of "release management" within Office as it moves to a subscription/services model. This includes providing thought leadership and also building, refining and promoting new tools, processes and communication vehicles that will ultimately ensure that a services release model becomes the new DNA of Office.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and program manage new products/services releases and ensure alignment across all key partners for programs including, but not limited to, new features/upgrades, SKU definition & execution, price list publication, and channel distribution and fulfillment (particularly in the Commercial/Managed channel)
Translate new business models, products, programs from strategy to implementation working with partners like engineering and operations
Execute required changes to in-market products and programs including re-releases, inventory management changes, changes to packaging and bill of materials, and scrap management
Be the primary business contact and liaison between the Product Management Group and partners including P&LS, OEM, LCA, WWLP, CMG, and engineering
Act as change agent to identify, own and drive process improvements and transformation across the release management space (together with our cross-functional partners) to become a true services business
Communicate and build effective relationships with key partner organizations, worldwide subsidiaries and regional contacts

Qualifications
Candidate should have experience in software product management, operations, packaging or distribution, or launching products/services across multiple channels
Must have a strong record of execution and successful delivery, with the ability to function at 10,000 feet and at 10 feet
Candidate must have ability to deal with ambiguity and be skilled at leading teams in such an environment
Candidate must have strong drive to learn about the business, the technology, and operational capabilities
Ability to interact and build relationships with operations support services, software product managers and development release managers is needed
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment are a must
Technical or operational background with an MBA preferred; previous management/IT consulting background a plus
