The Program Managers are the bridge from the technical to the business world. They understand client needs, design business process and leading edge automation, all of which delivers a great customer and partner experience.

Responsibilities:
o Lead moderate to complex projects (as complex as you can handle) from initial scoping through to delivery
o Develop and implement a program of continuous improvement work for systems and processes to ensure that the parameters of cost, quality and customer satisfaction improvements are always maintained
o Use customer insights and your own to define global solutions which meet the needs of multiple programs and customer groups
o Ensure that all our systems and processes are designed and built to scale and grow
o A career that can develop on a local, regional or global basis depending on your desire

Basic Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
o A minimum of 8 years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
o Program or project management of Agreement-to-Cash systems and processes, gained in a high-tech multinational, top tier consulting or similar organization preferred
o Possess the ability to understand diverse customer or partner feedback and knowledge to optimize the design of our Agreement-to-Cash systems and processes
o Proven track record of delivering complex changes
o Demonstrated ability of delivering global changes with dependencies across many teams
o Experience leading major cross organizational projects to implement new business models, ideally on a global scale
o Involvement in a significant product being launched into a market
o Design, implementation and improvement of business processes with a track record of ensuring continued compliance
o Exposure to developing operations strategy, capability and processes
o Exposure to Six Sigma / other process improvement methodologies
o Possess self-starter mentality, problem solving skills, a drive for results, an eye for simplicity, and the ability to work equally well across, up and down a diverse organization
o Strong communication and presentation skills will be self-evident
o Design and implementation of new ideas for new solutions and project managing the ideas through to implementation
o Engagement with IT teams and partnering with them to deliver automation
o MBA is a plus
