If so, the Apps & Services Marketing (ASM) Execution & Delivery team has a fantastic opportunity. We are looking for a customer focused, highly organized and detail-oriented, results-driven business professional with strong communication and relationship building skills. This position is part of a team that focuses on driving and program managing key marketing launches and marketing moments across the Apps & Services Marketing Team, including the Office BG. Each team member within Marketing Execution & Delivery is expected to be a leader in helping broad cross-functional marketing teams achieve success and execution excellence. In particular, this role will help to support all aspects of ASM marketing/GTM launches on a day-to-day basis (e.g., commercial, consumer, retail, OEM, etc.), as more and more products/features are intertwined across the segments. In addition to driving specific launches, this team is responsible for taking the business strategy and driving execution with our partners (e.g., WWLP, Ops, CP, etc.) to help "run the business," and land them quickly and flawlessly in market. Lastly, this team is helping to shape and drive transformation in marketing execution/process as ASM moves to a subscription/services/cloud-first model. This includes providing thought leadership, identifying areas of leverage across the Marketing teams, and building, refining and promoting new tools, processes and communication vehicles that will ultimately ensure that our market launching capabilities are geared to the faster paced services release model.

Coordinate and project manage marketing/GTM launches for new products/services releases and ensure alignment across all key marketing and operational partners, including but not limited to, Operations, WWLP, EDSG, Retail channels, CP, BG leads, PMMs, etc.
Translate new business models, products, programs from strategy to implementation working with partners like engineering, integrated marketing and operations (e.g., promotion, SKU creation, new deals, etc.)
Execute required changes to in-market products and programs including re-releases, inventory management changes, changes to packaging and bill of materials, and scrap management
Act as change agent to identify, own and drive process improvements and transformation across the marketing operations space (together with our cross-functional partners) to become a true services business
Communicate and build effective relationships with key partner organizations, worldwide subsidiaries and regional contacts

Candidate should have experience in software product management, operations, packaging or distribution, or launching products/services across multiple channels
Must have a strong record of execution and successful delivery, with the ability to function at 10,000 feet and at 10 feet
Candidate must have ability to deal with ambiguity, and be skilled at leading teams in such an environment
Must have superior organizational, program management skills
Candidate must have strong drive to learn about the business, the technology, and operational capabilities
Ability to interact and build relationships with operations support services, software product managers and development release managers is needed
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment, juggling many priorities, are a must
Technical or operational background with an MBA preferred; previous management/IT implementation consulting background a plus
