The Senior Marketing Manager of Xbox Sponsorships will be responsible for developing the strategy and managing the Go-To-Market execution of our gaming, sports and entertainment sponsorships to drive Xbox awareness and affinity. A successful manager will not only set the vision but also negotiate and manage the full execution of these partnerships (working with an agency and other team members). Ultimately, it will be the responsibility of this manager to deliver high impact sponsorships that deliver against key Xbox objectives.

Responsibilities include 3 main areas:
1. Set the strategy and help secure the recommended properties (or for existing sponsorships refine the plan and develop the relationship):
2. Develop overall sponsorship strategy and recommendations in alignment with Xbox primary objectives.
3. Deliver on where and how we integrate product, are branded in and around and drive consumer awareness and excitement

2. Execute, Communicate and Lead:
o Develop and execute fully-integrated sponsorship activation programs combining traditional advertising elements (TV, radio, print, etc.), non-traditional assets (digital, mobile and social media) and event-specific activation programs with supporting work back plans.
o Build and manage all communications (internal and external) to ensure defined objectives, strategies, requirements, and budget are met.
o Lead an external agency team as well as partner with global sponsorship team, product marketing managers, channel/sales, and Marcom teams to execute sponsorship plans

3. Track and Measure:
o Implement measurement and analytics programs to accurately track ROI, market share growth and incremental sales data.
o Continue to monitor and refine programs based on results throughout.
o Author and manage event program "post-mortem" evaluations to ensure learning's, results, ROI, and areas for improvement are effectively captured and communicated.

Desired Skills & Experience
The Sr. Marketing Manager will have direct and relevant marketing experience in a role encompassing sponsorship marketing, brand management, partner management, and/or agency account management. This individual will have strong organizational and relationship skills, superior capability to develop marketing and activation campaigns which amplify partnerships' associational benefits, and a strong intuitive business sense to help inform prioritization of efforts. This individual should be willing and capable of more executional and operational tasks necessary to drive return-on-objective and return-on-investment value. Key attributes of this individual will include:

Education and Experience required:
o Bachelor's Degree or higher
o 7+ years' of experience in sports and/or sponsorship marketing with proven leadership in creative development of brand marketing programs in the sports and entertainment industry to develop custom experiences, campaigns and initiatives to reinforce and further brand objectives
o MS office skills
o Ability to travel domestically when required
