Senior Marketing Manager: Brand and Retail Experience

We're the team tasked with reinventing a wildly successful flagship brand-Microsoft Office-in the brave new world of consumer services! We're looking for an outstanding consumer product and audience marketer with a deep passion for leading integrated marketing strategy and channel execution to take on a critical role as the Office Integrated Marketing Lead.

The Office Integrated Marketing Lead (IML) serves as the central campaign manager and point of integration for Office's priority consumer campaigns for the Office 365 Suite, applications and set of services. In this critical role, the IML defines the overall campaign GTM strategy, marketing approach, and campaign success metrics, while leading the cross-team alignment and orchestration of a fully integrated marketing plan.

This role will also lead a 15-20 person v-team across all the marketing disciplines, directing and guiding each channel/engine lead to develop and launch an integrated marketing campaign. This will require bringing strong consultative and project management skills, to enable an understanding of each discipline, status and obstacles so you can provide guidance, issue resolution and report out status to the Office Marketing leadership team.

The right candidate will bring a combination of great experience in marketing communications strategy, messaging, creative development and production, as well as strong abilities in project management, cross-team collaboration, and partner relationships. The role will include tight partnership with product marketing to drive high profile marketing communications deliverables. This role is responsible for ensuring that all production output is of the highest creative caliber, integrated well across the campaigns, and can be leveraged worldwide.

The successful candidate must also have demonstrated success in leading complex projects, proven organizational agility, and ability to work effectively through an influence model at all levels of the organization. To manage the variety of responsibilities and deliverables required of this position, the candidate must have exceptional project management skills, be highly organized, have strong problem solving skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity, and strong attention to detail.
In addition, the candidate must be skilled at obtaining senior management, and cross-team alignment, be able to frame complex business issues and drive decisions, develop and get buy-in on plans to execute against these decisions, and work cross-team to ensure that plans are executed successfully.

Qualifications and Competencies
7-10 years of related experience in GTM Strategy, channel management, consumer audience and/or product management.
Consumer audience marketing experience, particularly in digital channels, including creative and messaging development.
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills while working at all levels within the company
A strong drive for results, with a proven track record, often delivering under tight deadlines
The ability to creatively resolve issues, understanding business constraints of resources, budgets, and timelines, while remaining adaptable and flexible
Experience in strategy consulting, while bringing objectivity, "common sense" judgment, and "street smarts"
Organizational agility and strong stakeholder management and cross-group collaboration skills will be critical to success, with demonstrated ability to execute through an influence model
Exceptionally strong project management skills, with a strong attention to detail and is highly organized, and brings an understanding of how to motivate, inspire and manage teams to deliver business critical results
The candidate must have excellent problem solving skills, strong process and coordination skills, and must demonstrate initiative and a strong willingness to roll-up their sleeves to make things happen.

Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is preferred. SaaS marketing experience is a strong plus.
