It's a pivotal time as Worldwide Licensing & Pricing (WWLP) is transforming Microsoft's $45B+ commercial volume licensing business. As we implement massive licensing change worldwide the stakes are high. We've launched the next generation of volume licensing called the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA). We need a talented marketer to build campaigns that empower our Licensing Solution Partners (LSPs) to change behavior and guide customers to a vastly improved platform for buying and managing software and services. This person will need to deeply understand the target audience, identify the highest potential customer scenarios, and create content with clear value propositions and calls to action; they will work collaboratively across the company, from the business groups to the partner group to successfully integrate with company-wide solution campaigns as well as create standalone pilots and campaigns dedicated to licensing.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead a v-team across Volume Licensing Managers (VLMs) and corporate stakeholders to understand the target audience and craft a campaign strategy. Directly interface with partners and customers to understand their needs and assess our impact
Leverage corporate and subsidiary level partner investment engines to further our goals
Analyze customer scenarios and provide prescriptive targeting guidance to subsidiaries and partners
Create and land turnkey campaign content and Go-To-Market playbook
Drive successful MPSA Go-To-Market plans across the most influential LSPs
Raise MPSA awareness and adoption through sustained successful campaigns to target audience
Track success and regularly report out to management at the GM level on objectives, results and learnings
Proactively devise and deliver Correction of Error and pilots to increase our learning and success

Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or equivalent with 5-7 years marketing experience. MBA preferred.
Domain knowledge in software, volume licensing, and Microsoft partner eco-system desired
High acumen in integrated marketing practices/principles
Ability to prioritize and maximize marketing investments based on expected results
Proven record in project management, with flawless planning, execution, and optimization
Great cross-group collaboration and people skills, including leading cross functional teams
Ability to work effectively at all levels - from executives to individual contributors
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment

We need someone who understands customers needs and can design content that connects with them in a meaningful way; someone who can spot actionable patterns and trends then drive optimization of layout, content and campaigns; someone who can revamp our digital destinations in ways that boost customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a strategy for Microsoft.com/licensing that:
Boosts customer satisfaction with the web experience
Ensures web infrastructure is robust, scalable and cost effective
Optimizes copy, metadata, titles, descriptions, tags, and code for SEO
Converts primary content into cutting-edge web content with clear messaging and CTAs
Enables subsidiaries to use licensing web infrastructure and adapt to their local customers
Optimizes website based on key initiatives, traffic patterns, and content consumption
Ensure Microsoft Partner Network licensing pages and content are discoverable, current, and on message
Lead a central editorial calendar for WWLP; drive integrated marketing of key messages across digital, social, AR/PR, internal executive communications and partner communications
Report on digital marketing and editorial calendar trends and impact to senior management
Management of the overall digital marketing budget to forecast, including vendor selection and RFPs

Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or equivalent with 5-7 years digital marketing experience
Familiarity with Microsoft digital/web environment & Microsoft volume licensing desired
Basic HTML and Web design skills and experiences with other digital media are a plus
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills; High acumen in integrated marketing practices/principles
Ability to prioritize and maximize marketing investments based on expected results
Proven record in project management, with flawless planning, execution, and optimization
Great cross-group collaboration, people and negotiation skills, including leading cross functional teams
Ability to work effectively at all levels - from executives to individual contributors
