Do you have a challenger mentality, a knack for building communities and stellar storytelling skills? WWLP is rolling out the next generation of volume licensing, an initiative that will transform a $45 billion business. The marquee platform in this initiative is called the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA). As we successfully implement this massive licensing change worldwide, we need someone who can use community and influencer marketing to inspire action and drive change among partner and Microsoft sellers; someone who can uncover success stories from field, partners, and customers and use them to build emotional connections that change perceptions with internal and external audiences; someone who can evangelize the benefits of a simpler, more customer centric way of buying and managing Microsoft software and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute an evangelization strategy for frontline sellers
Raise MPSA awareness through sustained communications to target audience
Develop tactics for in-person and online engagement of partner sellers
Create turnkey seller content that subsidiary VLMs and partner MPSA leads can use
Design seller incentives to accelerate adoption and assist subsidiaries in executing
Lead MPSA storytelling that spreads the word of customer and partner benefits
Create a pipeline of evidence from MPSA partners and customers
Interface with partners and customers to develop compelling video and written case studies
Secure quotes from partners and customers that bring to life the value MPSA delivers
Build a repository of evidence, quotes, proof points for use by MS execs, PR, digital and social channels
Lead a central editorial calendar that unites the efforts of various marketing owners
Define themes to reinforce across various communication channels
Lead a v-team across social, digital, evidence, campaigns, executive communications
Track success and regularly report out to management on objectives and results

Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or equivalent with 5-7 years marketing experience
Familiarity with the following desired - volume licensing, sales/seller dynamics, community marketing
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills; High acumen in integrated marketing practices/principles
Ability to prioritize and maximize marketing investments based on expected results
Proven record in project management, with flawless planning, execution, and optimization
Great cross-group collaboration, people and negotiation skills, including leading cross functional teams
Ability to work effectively at all levels - from executives to individual contributors
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
