communities as well as engaging across the other partner field roles to drive partner program awareness, sales enablement and marketing engagement. To accomplish this, program, readiness and marketing strategies need to be elevated at senior levels internally to ensure our Field

the landing and evolution of the Partner Operating Framework

initiatives to quickly engage in their roles and with partners
an expert level of partner program insights and market knowledge is shared among the PCMM
valuable customer and field feedback, sharing this business insight with WPG/MPN
stakeholders to help program and marketing offerings to be further developed and adapted to best fit with partner engagement models
, enhance and develop efficient and utilized communication vehicles, newsletters, portals, Summits
