The Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) is accountable for leading and orchestrating communications and readiness among programs, marketing groups, segments, and field sales teams in globally developing and implementing go to market strategy and engagement models.

The Global Role lead for the PCMM community is responsible for onboarding, training and developing (knowledge and skills) of our area and regional PCMM communities as well as engaging across the other partner field roles to drive partner program awareness, sales enablement and marketing engagement. To accomplish this, program, readiness and marketing strategies need to be elevated at senior levels internally to ensure our Field, as part of "One Microsoft" partner experience, is connecting field enablement and marketing execution. The Global Role Lead fosters community within local geographies and at the global level to drive internal strategy alignment while at the same time, ensuring a strong partner experience and high value partnership with Microsoft.

Responsibilities:
o Owns the landing and evolution of the Partner Operating Framework (POF)
o Enable PCMM role effectiveness, focusing on Onboarding initiatives to quickly engage in their roles and with partners
o Ensure an expert level of partner program insights and market knowledge is shared among the PCMM community
o Gather valuable customer and field feedback, sharing this business insight with WPG/MPN stakeholders to help program and marketing offerings to be further developed and adapted to best fit with partner engagement models
o Maintain, enhance and develop efficient and utilized communication vehicles, newsletters, portals, Summits, Sub visits and Strategic Review Boards to keep the PCMM community informed and trained in a timely and professional manner.
o Own field feedback and facilitation of partner program updates/changes and requirements
o Help PCMMs drive local partner marketing and capacity engagements effectively
o Own campaign goal setting and scorecard attainment
o Develop marketing planning with all of the subs/regions, manage and track plan results and effectiveness. Share best practices and resources across the field roles.
o Organize partner events, in coordination with your counterparts (onsite and online deliveries)
o Drive the PCMM Roles & Responsibility evolution and land any updates/changes with the field leads
Qualifications:
o BA required, MBA preferred.
o 5+ years relevant business experience: SMB and/or enterprise marketing / sales excellence/subsidiary experience
o Strong leadership, excellent organization, planning, engagement and business talent.
o Excellent cross group collaboration.
o Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
o Strategic thinking ability.
o Strong verbal and written communication.
o Proven track record of delivering timely, quality and customer focused results.
o Ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization, from executives to individual contributors.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
o Gaining consensus and organizational influence
o Able to strike the proper balance between strategy and execution.. The role focuses on working with peers to build the right MPN experience for Partners over the long while in the short term identify and drive the campaigns/activities that will land current fiscal year objectives
