The Content Marketing Team within Microsoft's US Central Marketing Org is looking for an ambitious, high energy, highly creative individual to create end-to-end content experiences across Microsoft's principal business priorities,

The right candidate will bring a combination of great experience in marketing communications strategy, creative development and production, strong abilities in project management, cross-team collaboration, and agency relationships. This is a high-impact role that requires extensive partnership across marketing disciplines, and the management of agencies to create world-class content. This individual will be responsible for the creation of eBooks, infographics, emails, blogs, whitepapers, customer stories, webcasts, and landing pages. In this role, you will get a chance to do it all, from ideation to hands-on tactical execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Manage multiple agencies across projects to create assets to fulfill content needs as identified by Content Planning Team.
oProvide consultation to key stakeholders and regarding content strategy.
o Drive production for webcasts from brief through execution and distribution. These will span everything from high-production scenario-based videos, to product videos, to demo videos.
o Manage budgets and timelines with agencies and production companies.
o Maintain compliance with LCA and Privacy on creative content approvals and clearances.
o Work with various teams across Microsoft to plan for and execute content assets that can be leveraged for global product launches worldwide.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
o Deep understanding of digital marketing and how to develop customer-focused strategies and tactics
o Demonstrated ability to think strategically, think conceptually, execute effectively, and manage multiple projects.
o Must be able to deal with ambiguity, have experience with problem solving, have confidence and executive maturity to work across multiple teams and directly with key stakeholders across the organization
o High creative bar for all content production execution and the ability to work with an agency to achieve our creative vision.
o Strong oral/written communication, organizational, project management and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to meet challenging timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
o Highly capable in working with Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word
o BA/BS in communications, marketing or related discipline, and six to eight years of experience in a B2B digital marketing/communications role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Microsoft Dynamics Marketing
o Experience working with Microsoft (corporate and field), production teams, and MS Production Studios staff and facilities
o End to end video production experience including concepting, editing and finalization work
o Experience working with HTML, Photoshop, WordPress

Here's your chance to play an active role in Microsoft's evolution to a productivity and platform company. The U.S. Central Marketing Organization (USCMO) is looking for a Senior Events Marketing Manager to plan, execute and measure a set of Microsoft-led events and third-party sponsorships.
Drive innovation and excellence in the event marketing discipline for the company through support of impactful, all-encompassing event marketing experiences. This events role is focused supporting our largest tent pole events as well as a set of third-party sponsorships. We need an experienced marketer that is excited to join forces across USM&O teams to build and evolve an event marketing strategy that will try new things and engage our target audiences.

The Role
1. Build in partnership with other US M&O leaders an event strategy that fits within the broader integrated marketing plan.
2. Drive event execution from inception to completion leveraging USCMO resources and aligned vendors.
3. Identify key success marketing factors to drive effectiveness, and lead teams to implement best practice programs
4. Drive continuous improvement in event efficiency and effectiveness (marketing funnel). This includes ensuring goals and success metrics are trending according to plan
5. Sell in recommendations to senior leadership, product management and the partner organization ways to bring innovation and better alignment of our core messages to our customers through event experiences.

The Responsibilities
1. Work in partnership with WW and other US-led teams to drive US engagement at our tent pole events. Participate in a consulting and execution capacity as well as primary communicator to the US national and field teams.
2. Support the design of third-party event participation for a variety of customer targets, focused on experiences and event objectives to drive business impact and maximize return.
3. Collaborate across USM&O on a set of events that support a One Microsoft message. Build subject matter expertise on event planning, execution and innovation.
4. Project management including project budget management, vendor sourcing and management, project plan management, prioritization and issue escalation
5. Define and refine event metrics and performance targets and connect to business results.
6. Utilize measurement and analytics to deliver event against expected business results and key performance targets
7. Analyze event, industry and competitive data. Utilize meaningful and relevant data to improve effectiveness and efficient of events
