The WWLP Business Desk is looking for a talented high-performer to join its team of Licensing Executives specializing in the Cloud + Enterprise (C+E) business. The C+E business is expected to be the growth engine of the Company. This means that you would have the opportunity to work in a very fast-paced and critical area of the business. The priorities for this team fall into 4 broad categories: Scaling the Business for Efficiency, Ensuring Cloud-First Readiness for the WW Business Desk, Driving Incubation Efforts and Closing Important Business. In this role, you would work closely and collaboratively with customers, Field Sales Teams, Licensing Specialists, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Finance, Central Marketing, Engineering and Volume Licensing Operations. In addition to your work on individual deals, you would be expected to share your insights and experiences to help drive the future of the C+E business.

Additional Role Specifics:

o Delivering expert knowledge of Microsoft volume licensing programs, negotiation strategies, and best practices to the Commercial Field Sales VP/GM/Directors, Account Managers, Licensing Specialists, and others within the Commercial organization.
o Directly negotiate complex terms and conditions necessary to close C+E customer and partner agreements.
o Proactively identify and recommend solutions for improving C+E, volume licensing agreements, volume licensing programs, contract negotiations and Field Sales processes.
o Incubating new C+E offerings, including pre-release services and business models.

Additional Qualifications:
o At least 5 years' of technology industry experience.
o Excellent demonstrated decision-making, problem solving and negotiating skills.
o Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
o Self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision to get the job done.
o Proven ability to work well with cross-functional groups and virtual teams, and to effectively collaborate with others to achieve important objectives.
o Strong presentation skills.
