(C+E) business. The C+E business is expected to be the growth engine of the Company
. This means that you would have the opportunity to work in a very fast-paced and critical area of the business. The priorities for this team fall into 4 broad categories: Scaling
, Ensuring Cloud-First Readiness
for the WW Business Desk
, Driving Incubation Efforts
and Closing Important Business
. In this role, you would work closely and collaboratively with customers, Field Sales Teams
, Licensing Specialists
& Corporate Affairs
, Central Marketing
and Volume Licensing Operations
. In addition to your work on individual deals, you would be expected to share your insights and experiences to help drive the future of the C+E business.

Additional Role Specifics
expert knowledge of Microsoft
volume licensing programs, negotiation strategies, and best practices to the Commercial Field Sales VP/GM/Directors
, Account Managers
, Licensing Specialists
, and others within the Commercial
negotiate complex terms and conditions necessary to close C+E customer and partner agreements.
identify and recommend solutions for improving C+E, volume licensing agreements, volume licensing programs, contract negotiations and Field Sales
new C+E offerings, including pre-release services and business models.
o At least 5 years' of technology industry experience.
demonstrated decision-making, problem solving and negotiating skills.
communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
