MDG - Microsoft Holo Lens Team is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage our HW Test needs, including HW verification, process metrology development and IQC/OQC solutions on Tier-2 level, as well as our FA strategy at the CM. In this role you will engage with our sub-system triads (technical leads, PMs, and MTE team) and suppliers to coordinate the MSFT internal and T1.5 efforts to guarantee successful HW platform and -subsystem verification per our CTQ specification.

You will be responsible for defining and driving the implementation of the all-up test & verification strategy. Test equipment will be developed for early EV build test coverage before transferred to Tier-2s. Your previous experience in this area and your proven ability for cross-team collaboration will allow you to meet technological challenges and shape the program on different levels.

*Primary PM for managing all-up test & verification strategy, test requirements and deliverables & program-level communication
*Sub-system level coordination between design, REL and NPI/MTE teams
*Developing and managing metrology & test all-up schedule and budget
*Managing program risks within program schedule and resource limits
*Driving e2e process from EV to PV (test coverage, pass/fail criteria, build configurations per quality bins)
*Prioritizing, tracking & triaging all test related issues w/ sub-system triads

*Proven track record of successful product launch in the past 5 years
*Fluid in SOW negotiations and supplier management
BS/MS in Electrical, Optical- or Opto - Mechanical Engineering
*Solid understanding of development process for multi-component level consumer products
*Demonstrated Cross-functional Leadership
* Project/Program Management experience and passion (5+ years)
*Ability to work in a highly challenging environment with ample ambiguity
*Excellent written and verbal communications

*Recent experience in high-end consumer device development, test or manufacturing,
