is a key leadership position within the organization with accountability to implement and manage end-to-end quality systems including strategy, processes, infrastructure, teams, measurements/metrics, and continuous improvement imperatives. This is a critical role within the group, as well as across the broader Microsoft
landscape. This leader will be responsible for strategizing, enhancing and leading a Quality
management approach to a collection of hardware products and helping to institutionalize quality as a cultural attribute within the company.

& Refurbishment Centers
of Factory Quality

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Manufacturing
systems and programs for large hardware organizations in the consumer electronics industry. A track-record of success in this space is a must, as is a demonstrated excellence at managing people, building teams and driving cross-organizational change.

only will this person be expected to manage a team, he or she will also be expected to champion Microsoft's

The candidate should also possess the following qualifications:
as a Senior Leader

track record in quality discipline utilizing methodologies including Six Sigma
