Come join the Office Apps Product Marketing Team! As the Product Marketing lead for Word, PowerPoint, and Excel you'll not only manage the evolution of the most widely used apps on the planet, you'll literally shape the future of productivity with new innovations in modern authoring, interactive documents, and content-centric collaboration.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Core Product Marketing for the Office apps across Windows, iOS, Mac, Android, and Office Online. Business and product strategy. Value prop, positioning and messaging, roadmap, and release marketing. Significant work with key platform partners, including Windows, Surface, Apple, Google, and OEM partners.

2. Sway and Productivity Futures. Invent the future with new, innovative apps focused on modern authoring, interactive docs, and content-centric collaboration. Develop the business and product strategy for the next generation of mobile productivity apps.

3. Acquisition and Usage. Grow users and usage for the Office freemium apps. OEM pre-installs, app store marketing, lifecycle strategy, quick-turn experiments, end-to-end experiences, and end user satisfaction. Establish Microsoft as the de facto standard for the next generation of productivity scenarios.

4. Office ProPlus. Transition the Office commercial installed base to an evergreen cloud service with Office ProPlus. Identify and remove blockers. Drive renewal, deployment, and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have significant business, product management, and product marketing experience, preferably in both the enterprise and consumer segments. This person will be a self-starter who can analyze problems quickly, develop innovative solutions, communicate ideas effectively, clearly prioritize activities and deliverables, operate independently, and manage multiple projects in parallel. To be successful in the role, this person will also need experience building frameworks for strategic decisions; demonstrated familiarity with sophisticated go-to-market machines; a proven track record of successfully starting, building, and finishing large projects that span multiple years; strong financial and quantitative skills; and proven experience in people management. A technical undergrad degree and MBA preferred.
