You have experience in both product development and carrier certification and you have demonstrated the ability to deliver solutions with your experience. A track record of proven product launches based on system verification methods you have established. An ability to manage multiple projects and established rigor against development timeline needs is required. As required visit customers or 3rd party's to support development or operator certification activities.

Role & Opportunity:
Key interface with 3rd party vendors to manage and drive multiple highly complex projects that involve key development initiatives.
Directly contribute to design, development/ integration, unit testing, and debugging across the platform.
Drive/Lead cross functional teams to generate use cases, technical feasibility analysis to develop and define processes / requirements to ensure compliance with operator requirements.
Activities include develop and execution test plans and procedures. Define functional, stress, system, and other types of testing across vendors and internal teams.
Interact with customers and handle product related issues, mobile broadband related tests, PICS and GCF within Platform team, work closely with Equipment vendor, support IOT and Field test activities.
Work closely together with other team members such as development, design verification, quality/care, and 3rd party vendors.
Design verification activities to ensure design quality is driven into our product line.
Identify and develop test tool requirements, and participate in specification and design reviews. Must be able to direct and prioritize program certification related milestones.
Establish and drive vendor engagement relationships with Surface 3rd party vendors. Ensure vendor related bugs are driven and tracked within the program. Ensure complex bugs are root caused and communicated back to customer.
Qualifications
BS degree in EE or CS; MS preferred
At least 8 years of engineering, program and/or product experiences in the wireless industry with proven experience. Development management experience is a plus
4-6 years of product development experience, with at least 4 years of combined experience with CDMA, GSM, UMTS, LTE technology
Demonstrated track record in development and deployment of products and new technologies, as well as process development and execution.
Experience and established relationship with operators and 3rd party certification labs
Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools and techniques
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Tools
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communications skills
Team-oriented approach with the desire to both teach and learn from others
Proven ability to build relationships across the organization and work independently
Excellent judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations
High enthusiasm towards learning about new technology trends and wireless products
