We are looking for a motherboard development engineer in test, who is excited to be part of an experienced test team working to deliver tablet industry leading hardware and software customer experiences. The candidate will be responsible for defining and executing signal integrity and power system testing.
You will be responsible for test development design, execution, and reporting on the motherboard, testing I2C, PMCIA, memory and other signal buses. You should have experience of both serial and parallel interfaces and an understanding of driver level software and control systems. Experience of power control, charging systems, PMIC chipsets and power rail control would be an advantage.

The candidate should be self-driven with a can do attitude, and should be able to plan the test verification process and document results with clarity and accuracy.

Positions requirements
5+ years of experience in firmware/hardware interface and SOC development
5+ years of experience testing products across multiple product cycles
2+ Years of power supply systems
Proven ability to independently perform a system analysis to derive and execute upon an efficient test plan.
Proven understanding of PC and motherboard SOC and systems.
Strong working knowledge of test methodologies and techniques
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong customer scenario focus
Strong passion for improving engineering efficiency

5 - 8 years test development and verification
Experience authoring or testing User Mode and Kernel Mode Driver Frameworks a plus
B.S. in Electronic engineering or equivalent field Experience authoring or testing.
