The Surface Category Manager's
key responsibilities include leading Surface's Go-to-Market
plans in the CCG Corporate Category Team
for the Operator Channel
and supporting the Surface Marketing
team to drive existing and new business opportunities.
The role requires close collaboration with Redmond
based teams to identify and size business opportunities, analyze channel models, provide inputs and deliver on high level execution plans. In addition, the role also involves deep engagement with MMDS Sales Teams
, Field Category Managers
, as well as Timezone Leads
, Regional Operating Centers
, Regional LCA
, all to deliver market and business objectives (volume, reach, share) for Surface
Drive Budgeted Revenue
consumer retail strategy and land execution through field enablement
strategic dialogue and relationships with key stake-holders and customers

deep understanding and competitive insights of specific regions, business verticals and customer segments
