Are you interested in joining a fast-changing business that is the future of Microsoft in the Enterprise? The EPG WW Specialist Sales Cloud & Enterprise (C+E) Compete Team could be the team for you. The EPG Cloud & Enterprise book of business covers sales of Azure, Windows Server, SQL, System Center and the C+E Incubation Businesses. This is the fastest growing business in EPG.

The C+E Compete Team is responsible for setting the WW competitive strategy for the Cloud & Enterprise business, engaging in key strategic competitive deals, driving scale readiness and communications on compete strategies and tactics, and running the compete escalation and business investment fund (BIF) engines. The team has several operations team members accountable for the effective and timely analysis, escalation, and communications methods. This role is a key role in Compete operations as this role will develop new systems and processes.

The core responsibilities include:
BIF Program Management: Serve as the strategic planner and manage vendors to execute operations of five unique BIF Programs in EPG C+E. Drive FY16 planning with the 5 BIF Program Owners to achieve greater simplicity and similarity among programs - then operationalize the simplified plan. Also drive FY16 planning with the C+E business group (BG) BIF Owners to strive for greater simplicity for the field. Drive management reporting on BIF Programs and proactive rhythms to ensure spending and budget management, in cooperation with EPG Finance and overall EPG BIF Operations.

Analysis of C+E Listening Engines to identify trends: Develop methods for analysis of trends from our WW Campus Communities filtering tool. Engage with various groups to ensure they understand how to use the tool and can contribute to observation of trends.

Revitalizing Win/Loss reporting for the C+E business: Develop and implement a plan to drive greater use of Win/Loss reports and ensure we drive continuous learnings from losses. Engage with EPG Sales Excellence

Develop and execute a plan for the field to learn of issues/blockers resolved and actions taken: Develop a plan and editorial calendar that takes resolved blocker information from WinRoom and OneList and communicates it back to the field. Enable feedback mechanisms so that we can learn how and where to effectively communicate trends and resolved issues to the field using existing communications vehicles.

Drive compete team connections with the BG and PG: Coordinate the agenda and materials for a regular Compete Team sync with the BG and PG. Distribute notes and actions items from these meetings.
