WW Marketing & Operations is looking for a proven leader to help shape how we will evolve Field Marketing to embrace the overall company-wide transformation. We need to accelerate and scale new Marketing capabilities including Marketing Automation, Data Driven-Marketing, Social Marketing, and Digital Marketing. We also need to rapidly evolve and modernize our Marketing planning motions, budgeting models, campaign frameworks, standard content bill-of-materials, hand-offs between marketing and sales, and marketing impact/ROI.

We are looking for people who are passionate about Marketing and elevating Marketing's impact to business results to the next level! Successful candidates will be phenomenal at cross team collaboration, and have a history of solving tough problems in complex environments; as well as demonstrating leadership, influence, and impact skills. This role requires strong business acumen and deep analytical skills to be successful. This role will work across all parts of the company including the Field, Segments, BGs/Marketing, Finance, IT, and HR.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-company Marketing transformation initiatives spanning topics including Marketing Automation, Marketing Return on Investment, 360 Customer Data and Reporting, etc.
Evolve and modernize the Field Marketing Blueprint and standard Marketing execution models (Engines, Campaigns, Budget, Content)
Shape Field Marketing Budget Models in partnership with Business Planning Leads and Finance
Work with IT, GMO, and Segment/BG stakeholders to define and prioritize platform and tool requirements to accelerate marketing transformation
Ensure strong Marketing and Sales process/system alignment in partnership with Field Operations, the MSX team, and Segment teams

Qualifications
College degree (MBA/Masters preferred)
10 years of relevant experience in Marketing and/or Business Planning and Strategy
Deep experience with Field Marketing execution models (Engines, Campaigns, Budget, Content)
Ability to work effectively in high pressure and fast paced environments while communicating clearly and directly with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to develop a deep understanding of business requirements, company-wide systems/processes, and synthesize complex issues into near-term/long-term action plans
Experience working with Executive level managers required
