We have a very rare opportunity for strategic thinkers who are passionate about monetization, business model innovation and business growth. We are looking for a senior business planner to drive growth for Microsoft Business Solutions (Microsoft Dynamics).

While our portfolio of products has seen phenomenal momentum, with 41 consecutive quarters of double digit growth for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and with more than 60% of Fortune 500 companies who are Dynamics customers, our journey has just started. In the business planning, pricing and licensing team, we are looking to break new ground in how we monetize enterprise apps and services through private, hybrid and public clouds. We are transforming what enterprise apps have meant in the past to gain the minds of business decision makers and win against a very fierce set of competitors. As a business planner in our team, your key responsibilities will be:

Evaluate new business models including alternative monetization.
Assess market opportunities and drive monetization strategies to capitalize them.
Understand our competitive landscape and drive pricing and licensing strategies to win.
Conduct market research and synthesize analyst reports to understand how to shift preference share.
Drive a selective v-team of strategic thinkers across R&D, marketing and sales in looking for new and creative ways to monetize our technology.
Define strategy and business requirements to package features across our SKUs.
Evangelize our plans with field, partners, analysts and press.

We are looking for candidates with strong track record on the following:

Management consulting, business planning, pricing strategy, licensing and monetization strategy.
Product marketing / planning / program management of enterprise applications (ERP, SCM, CRM)
Deep understanding of Microsoft's sales motions and customer segmentation.
Top Microsoft competencies include: strategic thinking / judgment, adaptability, drive for results, influencing for impact.
Self-starter who can think strategically while keeping attention to details and a great ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
5+ years of experience in high tech.
MBA or advanced degree in Economics strongly preferred.
