Microsoft is entering a pivotal time in the company's history with the largest year of product launches across most every major consumer and business product it offers. At the heart of it all is the WW OEM Field Sales organization, responsible for driving close to $4B in revenue annually. The WW OEM Field Sales team is responsible for providing sales leadership to the OEM Field Sales teams and key business groups to drive MNA, Named, and ODR revenue across over 200K device partners worldwide.

The team is seeking a Business Manager for the VP of WW OEM Field Sales to lead the business management office of the VP, drive the Corp Field Sales leadership team rhythm of the business and managing executive communications. This role, will report to the OEM Director of Business Management and Strategy, is critical to Microsoft's success and serves a highly visible and valuable role in helping the organization deliver on its mission of growing sales through Field Sales and OEM Partners.

The Business Manager to the VP of WW Field Sales has 5 major areas of focus:
1. Drive WW OEM Field Sales contributions to SMSG and OEM Leadership strategic planning events.
2. Orchestrate OEM Field Sales Leadership Team rhythm of the business developing and executing strategic imperatives across Core Priorities, OpEx budget and Corp Blueprint plans.
3. Develop executive communications for the VP which includes writing and delivering the communications, building communications infrastructure, planning executive tours into the regions and developing the "voice" of the VP.
4. Equip the OEM Field with the content, context and clarity needed to execute against critical success indicators, driving alignment between Corp and Field critical success priorities.
5. Partners with HR on behalf of the VP to help make WW Field Sales an excellent choice for people to work and grow their careers.

Responsibilities:
Lead & drive Field Sales Rhythm of the Business and its alignment across Finance, People and Business rhythms including driving evolution of the business through simplification and transformation activities, budget planning, core priority setting and orchestrating Field Sales inputs into SMSG strategic planning events including: MGX, MYR, PRISM and WWSMM.
Lead internal communications for staff events (all hands presentations, executive e-mails, and senior leadership meetings, exec tours) and communications infrastructure. This includes developing a strategic internal communication rhythm for the VP.
Partner with HR to deliver People Plans, Culture and Recognition programs.
Serve as VP proxy and support across special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
o 10+ years equivalent experience (Business Manager) is highly preferred
o 5+ years' experience functioning effectively at executive levels
o 3+ years in corporate marketing or communications and prior public relations experience. Required skills include business management, speech writing and content development, and experience with broad internal written communications.
o Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred

o Experience leading and executing projects in a complex organizational environment and work on several diverse projects at the same time
